Job Application Form

Expert Tutor

Do you have what it takes to work with us?

We're looking for undergraduates, graduate students, and college graduates to tutor finite math, calculus, K201, accounting, informatics, computer science, statistics, chemistry, biology, and more.

To apply, please complete the application below. Tell us the specific courses you wish to tutor, and why you're the right person for the job. Be sure to mention any prior teaching/tutoring experience, as well as your experience with these courses. If you haven't taken (or taught) these exact courses at IU, please describe the equivalent course(s) you've taken/taught which cover the relevant material.

Bloomington Tutors is an off-campus company - it is not affiliated with Indiana University. Most student visas, including the F-1 visa, do not permit the student to work off-campus unless they have gone through a special process with a designated school official (DSO) to prove economic hardship.

If not, please describe the equivalent courses you've taken/taught, or independent learning you undertook to familiarize yourself with the material.

This can include things such as private tutoring, tutoring for the Academic Support Center, peer tutoring, tutoring for a company or volunteer organization, teaching a class, or helping friends or family to prepare for exams.

Before submitting, please check your email address carefully. If your email address is not correct, we will not be able to follow up with you.
