Payment Agreement
By signing up for our services, you agree to pay the full amount corresponding to the session package that you selected, by the end of your first hour of tutoring. If you provide a credit card number, you authorize us to charge the full amount of the session package to that card immediately following completion of your first session. You understand that failure to pay in a timely manner may result in cancellation of future sessions, late fees, and/or referral to a collections agency.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a session with your assigned tutor, it is your duty to inform your tutor of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. We reserve the right to charge for the full cost of any sessions that are missed or cancelled without sufficient notice.
Refund Policy
Sessions packages are meant to reward students who are committed to succeeding by offering them a significant discount over our regular hourly rate. As such, we do not offer partial refunds on session packages, except in the following extenuating circumstances:
- Documented withdrawal from the course.
- Emergency circumstances after the official withdrawal deadline, such as medical issues which prevent you from completing the course.
